EGG FRIED RICE RECIPE

EGG FRIED RICE RECIPE



INGREDIENTS


• 2 large eggs, whisked
• 3 cloves garlic
• salt and black pepper
• 4 cups cooked and chilled rice (I prefer short-grain white rice)
• 1/2 teaspoons  oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat 1/2 tablespoon of  oli pan
over medium-high heat until melted.
Add garlic Sauté for about 1 minute add eggs and cook until scrambled, stirring occasionally,Immediately add the rice,salt, red chilli flakes.Continue sautéing for an additional 3 minutes to fry the rice, stirring occasionally.  Remove from heat
Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
