Pakora Recipe
Pakora recipe makes spicy, buttery delicious pakoras. The best you've ever eaten, guaranteed!

Ingredients
• 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
• 1 small potato (cut twice in half lengthwise and sliced)
• green chilli chopped
• green coriander chopped
• 1 tsp cumin (zeera)
• 1 tsp crushed red chili
• less than 1/8 tsp baking soda
• tsp salt
• 1 cup gram flour (besan)
• 3/4 cup water
• oil (as needed for deep frying)
Instructions
• Pour the oil in your deep fryer/wok and heat on low flame.
• Onion, green chili and green coriander and potato combine in a mixing bowl.
• Add the cumin, Add crushed red chili, add baking add soda, add salt and gram flour. Mix together.
• Slowly add in the water .
• Increase heat to medium flame.
• tablespoonfuls of batter into the oil.
• Fry golden brown and crispy, turning as needed to cook evenly.
• Drain on paper towels before serving.
