Recipe for Kachay Qeema Kay Kabab:


Ingredients:

- ½ kilogram beef mince

- 1 bunch of fresh coriander

- 2 onions, thinly sliced

- 4 green chilies

- 2 teaspoons cumin

- 1 teaspoon allspice powder

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

- 2 slices of bread

- 1 egg

- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds

- ½ teaspoon nutmeg

- ½ teaspoon mace

- Oil, for frying

Instructions:

1. Using a chopper, combine beef mince, fresh coriander, sliced onions, green chilies, coriander seeds, allspice powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, bread slices, nutmeg, and mace. Process the mixture until well blended and smooth.

2. Transfer the mixture from the chopper to a mixing bowl.

3. Crack an egg into the bowl with the mixture and thoroughly mix until the egg is fully incorporated.

4. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into patties.

5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

6. Carefully place the kababs in the hot oil and fry them until they become golden brown and are cooked through. Remember to flip them occasionally for even cooking.

7. Once the kababs are cooked, remove them from the pan and drain excess oil by placing them on a kitchen towel.

8. Serve the Kachay Qeema Kay Kababs while they are still hot, either as a snack or as a main course accompanied by naan, rice, or salad.
