Mint Lemonade Recipe

Mint Lemonade Recipe

 Ingredients:

4-5 large lemons

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

4 cups cold water

Ice cubes

Instructions:

Start by squeezing the juice from the lemons into a pitcher. Remove any seeds or pulp.

In a separate bowl, muddle the mint leaves to release their flavor. You can gently crush them with a muddler or the back of a spoon.

Add the muddled mint leaves to the pitcher with the lemon juice.

Pour in the sugar and stir well until it dissolves.

Slowly pour in the cold water and mix everything together.

Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness and tartness according to your preference. You can add more sugar or lemon juice as needed.

Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mint lemonade over the ice.

Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint or a lemon slice, if desired.

Stir before serving and enjoy your homemade mint lemonade!

Feel free to adjust the sweetness and mint intensity based on your personal taste. You can also add a splash of sparkling water for some extra fizziness if you like. Enjoy your refreshing mint lemonade!
